At the end, we’ll go away and draw together a report based on what you’ve told us and we’ll highlight where you might not be meeting minimum legislation and things that you can do to improve as an employer. We’ll send you the report and there is no obligation for you to do anything after that but we’ll be happy to help if you want to implement anything.
