Cheryl launched PeakHR in 2015 following a 15 year career as HR Manager and HR Director for growing, dynamic, professional organisations.  Cheryl spent 10 years as HR Manager for fast growing Nottingham law firm Berryman (now Shakespeare Martineau) before moving to government funded training provider Positive Outcomes as HR & Support Services Director for 5 years.  

 

Throughout her employment, Cheryl has dealt with matters across the human resouces spectrum, from complex disciplinary cases, long-term disability related absences and large-scale redundancies, to nationwide recruitment campaigns and induction of staff.

Fiona Hancox
HR Consultant

Fiona is a CIPD qualified HR professional who has over 20 years’ experience working in generalist HR roles. 

 

Fiona has particular expertise in employee relations matters throughout her career working in medium size and multi-sited environments.    Fiona will be working 10am to 2pm each day and is able to provide you with support and advice on the full spectrum of HR matters.  Please feel free to email Fiona directly with any queries, or you can reach her directly on 07939 862213.

Lorna has over 20 years experience working as a HR Administrator, primarily working for Rolls Royce and latterly a small business in Heanor.

Lorna supports with the full range of HR services, including contract and policy drafting, recruitment and general client administration as well as helping with the general administration of PeakHR.
