If you're applying for a vacancy we're dealing with on behalf of one of our clients, it's important that you know how we are processing and holding your data.
We are not a recruitment agency, so we don't hold your CV in a bank to send to other employers. We handle your application as an internal HR team would in an organisation and consider it only for the vacancy that you've applied for.
We review applications on a daily basis and select individuals for a short chat over the phone so please be aware that we may call you. If we think you're right for the position we will put your information and the notes from our call through to the client and we will call you to arrange an interview if our client wants to see you.

If you haven't heard from us within 28 days of your initial application, please do feel free to drop us an email to check the status of your application, but it may be that you haven't been successful.
On occasion, if we think your skills would be suitable for another role in that company we will contact you.
We will need to share your information with our client. However, we will not discuss your application with anyone else and it will not be used for any other purpose than to progress your application.
The information you send to us will be kept electronically for 90 days after we have made an offer to the successful candidate and then will be deleted from our system, however we will retain a note of your name and the role you applied for, for a period of 12 months so that we can identify repeat applicants.
You can request that we remove any trace of your application, if you wish, by emailing us.
